    Judith met us with a very warm welcome and told us about the hotel. She was very informative. We stayed here with our son, his wife and three of our grandchildren. Our son had a family room, which was excellent, a double with bunk beds. We had a double with a single bed, all with ensuit. The hotel was immaculately clean. We had breakfast the next morning which was excellent, plenty choice, cereal and fresh fruit and a cooked breakfast of your choice, Julie and her husband, who was the chef could n't do enough for us. They looked after us all especially the children, who had bacon butties after there cereal and also enjoyed the apple drink with breakfast. I would recommend it to anyone, young or old.

    A great place to stay. Clean rooms, welcoming hosts and at a reasonable price. It's not far from the sea either or indeed town and access to the main routes is only a few minutes away. In a nice quite area too, not that it's noisy in rhos on sea!
