    Doug the estimator came to our property to survey the chimney etc. (£20). Then we received a quote, broken down into the various parts of the prep and fitting. The prices for the various parts of the prep work were unbelievable. So we did some price comparison with other companies and looked into purchasing items ourselves and self installation. This is when you realise how unbelievable the quote was. When we had not replied to the quote we got a second revised quote, still UNBELIEVABLE. Conclusion; either money is no concern to you or shop around and do your homework. PS; I would have given NO stars if possible.
